Refund policy

Tyson and Fate Pet Supplies have a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item you can return it if you are not 100 percent completely Satisfied!

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@tfpets.com.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your package. We will refund you the Difference of the cost of your item and the cost of the return shipping!

Damages and issues

Please take pictures of any items that were damaged upon delivery so we can submit a shipping claim to the carrier as well inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right as soon as possible!
Items that were documented with damage and being returned will processed the same day upon return label tracking notification, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds

For items being returned, we will issue the refund the same day that the tracking number on the return label becomes active! Normally you’ll be refunded on your original payment method normally within 5 business days after we submitted the refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Information

Shipping times will vary from 2-14 days to deliver depending on the location the order is being shipped to, the carrier used and by the paid or free shipping options below. We make every effort we can to provided fast shipping times for an affordable price!

Free No Rush Shipping 7-14 Days

Priority Processing and Priority Shipping 5-10 Days

Expedited shipping 2-5 Days

Expedited shipping orders will be processed with in 24 hours or less and shipped directly from our warehouse instead from our suppliers.

All other orders placed will be processed 1-3 days and you will receive an email notification when an order has shipped and will include your tracking number.

The tracking updates will normally become available the next business day once the carriers’ system updates after an order have shipped.

We try to ship most of our products using UPS from our warehouse, as they seem to have the fastest and best overall shipping experience in our opinion, but in some cases, other carriers may provide the faster ship time for the same price depending on the location the order is being shipped.

Not all our products are stocked at our warehouse because a lot of the products that we found best fitting our pets have to be shipped directly from our suppliers. For Items shipped through our suppliers directly, they will use their preferred shipping method under their contracts, and we do not have control over the shipping method used.

Items in some orders may be shipped at different times and from different locations. In the event this happens you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation with items on that shipment.
